1. Monthly Subscription Fees
We offer a monthly membership for access to the CourseBoostr Analyzer tool. Subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has started, as you gain immediate access to our digital services.
2. Campaign Services
If you choose to run a campaign through our platform, fees associated with campaigns are also non-refundable once the campaign has been launched or scheduled for processing.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations happen. Refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate payments made in error.
- Technical issues on our end that prevent you from using the service.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us at support@courseboostr.com within 7 days of your payment date. Each refund request will be reviewed individually.
